SF City Limo Terms & Conditions

  1. Reservation & Payment Policies
  • SF City Limo requires a valid credit card to secure all reservations. A temporary authorization hold will be placed on the card a few days prior to the scheduled trip to verify sufficient funds. The hold amount may exceed the quoted trip cost to cover any potential additional charges incurred during the trip (such as overtime, extra stops, or wait time). If no extra charges apply, only the original quoted amount will be charged. Payment will be processed within 24–48 hours after the trip is completed, and a receipt will be sent to the email address we have on file.
  • All rates quoted are estimates for direct transportation from pickup to destination. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, tolls, parking fees, after-hours pickup delays, or other unforeseen costs not listed on the confirmation email.
  • Hourly charters must be continuous; exceeding the booked time by 10 minutes will be considered a full additional hour.
  1. Pickup & Waiting Time
  • Address pickups include a 10-minute grace period. After this, waiting time charges may apply.
  • Airport pickups include a 30-minute grace period for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. After the grace period, waiting time will be charged at 25% of the hourly charter rate for the booked vehicle class billed in 15-minute increment.
  1. Late Night & Early Morning Fees
  • Pickups between 09:00 PM – 10:59 PM: $15 fee.
  • Pickups between 11:00 PM – 12:05 AM: $25 fee.
  • Pickups between 12:10 AM – 04:59 AM: $35 fee.
  • Pickups between 05:00 AM – 06:30 AM: $15 fee.
  1. Airport Pickup Procedures & Additional Services
  • Upon landing, passengers will receive a text with driver details. Once bags are collected, passengers must confirm pickup via text.
  • Domestic arrivals: Curbside pickup at baggage claim (where permitted).
  • International arrivals: Pickups occur at the designated Limousine Loading Area.
  • Meet & Greet Service: $30 (domestic) / $40 (international) for Sedans, SUVs, and Luxury Vehicles; $50/hour (2-hour minimum) for Sprinter Vans, Mini Coaches, and Motor Coaches.
  • Any scheduled airport pickup after 09:00 PM and before 06:45 AM will incur an after-hours charge of $15–$35.
  1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
  • Executive (Sedan/SUV) Airport and Point-to-Point Transfers: 24-hour notice required for cancellations.
  • Hourly Charters (Sedan/SUV): 72-hour notice required.
  • Luxury Vehicles (Mercedes S class, Tesla, Cadillac): 72-hour notice required.
  • Limousines, Sprinter Vans: 7-day notice required.
  • Minibuses, Coach Buses, and Motor Coaches: 14-day notice required.
  • No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours must be processed by phone; email cancellations are not accepted.
  1. Extra Stops & Waiting Time
  • First 10 minutes of waiting time are complimentary. Thereafter, charges apply at 25% of the hourly charter rate per 15-minute increment.
  • Additional stops will be charged based on distance and time. If a stop exceeds 15 minutes or 3 miles, the hourly charter rate may apply.
  1. Vehicle Policies
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in ALL vehicles. Violation will result in a $400 cleaning fee and possible trip termination.
  • A cleaning fee of a minimum of $500 will be charged for excessive mess, spills, or damages beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Passengers are not permitted to bring or consume alcohol in ALL vehicles, in accordance with California Open Container Laws.
  • SF City Limo is not liable for lost property left in vehicles.
  1. Service Limitations & Liability
  • SF City Limo reserves the right to refuse service to any customer and to modify terms at any time before confirmation.
  • Dashcams may be installed in some vehicles. A visible notice will be placed in such vehicles. By entering, passengers consent to video recording.
  • SF City Limo is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, or other conditions beyond our control.
  • The person making the reservation is responsible for any damages caused by passengers or third parties due to misconduct.

  • SF City Limo owns all content on its website. Users may not copy, distribute, or republish materials without explicit permission.
