Recently I traveled to Montreal from San Francisco (and back) and needed help getting to/from the airport and into the hands of the Air Canada assistants who assist disabled passengers. I was worried about getting my suitcase down two flights of stairs at home here and then into the airport. I emailed SF City Limo and connected with Sam (the same knowledgeable dispatcher I've talked to in the past) and, not only did he remember me, he assured me he'd send someone able to help with the suitcase. At 4:30 a.m. Omar arrived at my door, WIDE AWAKE and ready to assist me on my journey - what a relief! When I returned, driver Ray, was waiting to make sure I got home and bring the suitcase back up the stairs! I have used SF City Limo on a couple of important occasions. Last Christmas, my sisters and I took a limo to an event in Redwood City, Amir was our driver, we asked him to wait for us for a couple of hours and then bring us home again (which he cheerfully did) and, in May of this year, when my brother and his girlfriend came to visit from Vancouver Island, we asked SF City Limo to take us around to see the sights - that was an awesome day trip orchestrated by Amir (I learned things about SF that I've been erroneously telling people all these years - like where the "Full House" house really is!) - our tour included stopping at the ice cream store in Sausalito! (every visitor to SF has to go over the Golden Gate Bridge!) Here's some important "inside information" - Amir knew where all the bathrooms were so Carol and I felt comfortable all day long! I truly can't recommend SF City Limo highly enough...they deserve many more than the 5 stars allotted above! The drivers are professional and good natured, and seem genuinely interested in making my trips as easy and safe as possible. I feel very spoiled when I ride with them and can't wait for the next occasion to call them!

Hello! I just want to share our wonderful experience with you. Our recent trip to San Francisco was celebratory in nature: to celebrate my husband's birthday, to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary, and to celebrate my successful hip replacement surgery and rehab. Since I was the trip organizer, it was important to me that every detail be perfect, including our transportation to and from the airport.

The vehicle, a black Cadillac XTS was beautiful--comfortable, clean, and obviously well maintained--and our driver, Amir, was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I found him to be courteous, kind, friendly, and very engaging. Amir is so knowledgable about the city of San Francisco and a superb conversationalist as well; two traits that render him both an excellent ambassador for your company and for the city of San Francisco. We enjoyed our trip from the airport to our hotel in Union Square so much that we asked Amir to arrange a combination Napa Valley/San Francisco points of interest tour for us. We just knew he'd be the perfect tour guide for us.

Amir did not disappoint us, in fact he exceeded our already high expectations. The tour was so much fun. Since our primary interest was to have beautiful photographic memories of our vacation, Amir took us to many beautiful spots and even served as photographer for many of the shots so that my husband and I could be in the photo together. Thanks to Amir, we have so many lovely memories captured in pictures that will allow us to relive our trip again and again.

Amir took us back to the airport for our trip home at the end of the week. Our flight was a very early morning flight, so arrangements were made for a 4:00 AM pick up at our hotel. Amir was prompt and he delivered us safely to the airport. Not only that, he was so pleasant and cheerful even at that early hour. Thank you SF City Limo and thank you, Amir. We will definitely use SF City Limo again in the future the next time we visit the City by the Bay.

Got my elderly parents from SFO at 1am, tracked their delayed flight, handled all the details flawlessly. Nice vehicle (much better than Uber Select and cheaper). Well worth the money. Keeping them in my pocket!

SF City Limo is responsive, timely, professional, as well as competitively priced. I booked them for transportation to and from SFO. The vehicle was immaculate. Customer satisfaction is very important to SF City Limo - they strive for complete satisfaction. I am a very happy customer!

I needed a car service in less 24 hours and I called a few places, but decided to go with SF City because they were so courteous and really showed a genuine concern for accommodating me. The driver that picked us up was so nice that i decided to call them again for my return back to the airport. I've already recommended them to someone!
